My Top 10 Beauty Favourites.

As I was sorting through my beauty stash last week, I realised that I have quite a few favourite products that I use almost daily. I love all of these products and they all make me feel good in different ways so I wanted to share them with you! I feel like everyone has their favourite few beauty items and it’s always something I like to be nosy with as there is so much choice in the beauty world for us all to pick from, it’s so interesting to see who loves what…

The Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel

This cleanser from Oskia is my favourite product ever, it’s my ride or die. Everything about it from the smell, to the texture, to the way it makes my skin feel just makes it a dreamy everyday staple. I currently have one on the go, one in my back up stash and a travel sized one for when I go on trips, it’s safe to say I am obsessed. I am never without this, and you shouldn’t be either!

The & Other Stories Body Scrub

I discovered the & Other Stories bath and body collection a couple of years ago and I am in love. They offer a wide range of products such as body washes, lotions, creams, mists and my personal favourite…scrubs. The body scrubs have a gloopy (for lack of a better word) texture and they’re the only body scrubs I know that also lather and moisturise your skin at the same time. From working outdoors everyday, my skin often feels tight and gross when I get in the shower but that all disappears as soon as I use my trusty scrub. I recommend the scents Punk Bouquet, Miami Muse, Fig Fiction and Seventh Avenue. However, they’re all amazing and the stores have a cute little set up where you can test and smell all the products.

The Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask

Recently, I had a bit of a hate affair with my skin. You know when your skin just seems dry beyond help and it has a bumpy, rough texture? Yeah, that. I used this mask and the next morning I saw instant results, I couldn’t believe it. I’m very impatient and I love seeing quick results from a product so to say I fell in love with this mask straight away is an understatement. It’s creamy, sinks into the skin wonderfully and really works wonders at fixing my dry skin overnight. It’s magical.

The Nars Sheer Glow Foundation

Besides my beloved Magic Foundation by Charlotte Tilbury, I have never owned a high end foundation. In fact, I had never owned a base product from Nars at all which is something now surprising to me. I absolutely adore this foundation, the shade is perfect for me (I have the palest one, yikes) and it blends so beautifully with my beauty blender to give an even, medium coverage. This is my favourite foundation at the moment and has been ever since I bought it a month ago, I just love the way it makes my skin look.

The Glossier Moon Mask

After hearing the wonderful Kate mention this mask time and time again, I caved in and bought it. It was love at first application! This mask works into your skin to leave you with the most hydrated, plump, gorgeous looking glowy skin and I cannot get enough. I also got the Galaxy Greens mask as part of the duo which is also good, however this mask is the one I would recommend to anyone and everyone. If you’re after that Glossier glow, treat yourself to this dreamy pot of heaven.

The Glossier Cloud Paint

I’ve never really understood blush. It just never played a huge part in my make up routine as I’m terrified of scary, bright looking shades but I was finding that my neutral shades weren’t really adding any difference to my cheeks. That was until, Glossier released the lovely little Cloud Paint blushes. I had never used a cream blush up until that moment and I was nervous, nervous about picking the right shade and nervous on how it would blend out and if it would be too much on my face. I ordered it in the shade Puff and it arrived shortly after, it exceeded my expectations and more. It blends beautifully and looks great on a full face of make up and equally as good on an extremely light make up day too. I think I’ll make another order soon as I’m totally into the shade Dusk. Now, if Glossier could just release a line of Cloud Paint contour creams…

The Estee Lauder Smoother Primer

I’ve never been big on primers, I just didn’t really see the point in spending money on something that I will never see. This is all changed when I used the Wonder Glow by Charlotte Tilbury which is also a staple in my routine when I put make up on. However, I wanted something that would leave my skin smooth and soft looking when I put a foundation on top, enter the Estee Lauder Smoother primer. This glides on over skin effortlessly and sets a good base for my foundation, I like to add in a pinch of Wonder Glow to add a hint of shimmer and warmth and it’s a winning combo.

The Mojave Ghost Eau De Parfum

I was incredibly lucky to be gifted this gorgeous fragrance from my wonderful boyfriend this Christmas, I was very surprised and grateful to have been given this perfume as I know the eye watering price wouldn’t have been easy for him to part with. Nonetheless, it is so incredible and different to anything I have ever had before to the point of I’m now having to ban myself from using it everyday. This has quickly become my favourite fragrance I own, so much so that unfortunately for my bank account, I think this is my perfume to end all perfumes. I really feel like I could just live with this Byredo beauty for the rest of my life and I am totally okay with that. I’m not very good at explaining scents in words to people, but I definitely feel that Kate hit the nail on the head when she described this as a ‘grown up Marc Jacobs Daisy’ which also happened to be my favourite fragrance up until now. Seriously, if you get a chance to smell this then please, do it.

The Glossier Haloscope

As I mentioned before about never owning a cream blush, the same applies with highlighter. I know, what kind of blogger am I! This one interested me the most when I heard Glossier was hitting the UK and I ordered it almost immediately. I have the shade Quartz which is a beautiful glowy, champagne pink which looks lovely and natural on my complexion, however I’m also eyeing up the shade Moonstone. Admittedly, I wasn’t too sure how to apply this first but after scoping out through Anna’s vlogs, I figured out the best way for me which is warming it up between my fingers and then patting it onto my cheekbones. I find this way to be more natural looking and I love wearing it everyday, with make up or not.

The Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream

This moisturiser from Kiehl’s is my one true love, this is one staple that I am never without. The texture is so creamy and almost watery, it sinks in so well and leaves me hydrated all night and all day. It’s a pleasure to use this moisturiser twice a day and a step I never skip in my routine. I also like the SPF version, although I’m terrible at remembering to use it in the AM, I’m getting there though! There isn’t much more I can say about this, except you need in your skincare stash.

That’s it! Those are my top 10 beauty favourites of the moment, what are yours?
