My oh my, this year is going super quick isn’t it! I’m back after taking an unexpected break. I was doing so well with blogging consistently throughout May and then it stopped abruptly as June came around. Real life just kind of took over in the form of having to cover 3 job roles on my own at work, a week of being very unwell and then a general crappy end of the month. In other words, June was just kind of a write off. Although Olly and I did go and see Ed Sheeran which was one of the best gigs we’ve ever been to!
Here’s hoping July is kinder to me…
01. Start planning a blog re-jig! My poor blog has well and truly taken a back seat which is something I really hate so I want to get back into some kind of blogging routine. I’m starting to realise that my blog has slacked for a few reasons…time, lack of inspiration and motivation. I’m going to start planning a change of theme and a change of content too. Hopefully once my blog is looking more “me” I will feel more motivated to post more “me” content!
02. I’m a Papier brand ambassador, which is so cool to me! I’m a huge stationary obsessive so I am excited to dive in and start creating content for my blog and instagram with some dreamy Papier products. I was lucky enough to have them send me over some lovely bits and pieces from their website which I was allowed to personalise. I asked for the gorgeous notebook which is photographed above, as you can see I had it personalised for my blog so now I have a dedicated place to write all my ideas in. Watch this space for more content around Papier throughout July.
03. I am starting the Couch to 5k challenge this week. I’m a bit apprehensive because I really can’t run without looking like a little cherry tomato but hopefully with time it will come more naturally to me. I like the build up it gives you of having little rest periods, I think that’s great for someone like me and it will definitely help build my confidence. I just want to give my anxiety a bit of a kick and I’d love to go to New York in September knowing my clothes fit me a little bit better.
I don’t have many goals for the month of July but I’m happy with the ones I’ve set to keep me inspired. Have you set any July goals? Let me know what they are!
